Venusian Solutions® is a phrase created to name those ideas that want to come forth from our deepest intuitive knowings. These concepts want to be born anew and expressed by both women and men.

Venusian Solutions® offers a space for the Authentic Woman® in us to participate in the “solutionizing” of the problems of our world. It is time for each of us to move past our hesitations and cautious self censorship and into speak our ideas.

Venusian Solutions® provides a place to focus on Feminine Principles (listed below) and the underlying wisdom which can be accessed for new and expanded ways of problem solving.

From the Hierarchical Model to Expanding Circles of Inclusivity

In our society there are women who continue to feel that their ideas must stay in hibernation because of the model that has been predominant in our culture… the model that values logic, linear thinking, and the authoritarian process. This model has been essential to the evolution of our societal progress. Unfortunately, the principles that have been labeled “feminine” seem less valued… much less taught and practiced in our families, schools, work environments, and other organizations

Venusian Solutions® wants to bring inspiration, permission, and encouragement to women and men of every generation who have a buried treasure within them… a treasure of intuitive wisdom waiting to be discovered… a treasure of Venusian Solutions® founded in Feminine Principles such as

• introspection
• compassion
• gentleness
• nurturing with patience, healing touch, communication, unconditional love and support
• creativity
• intuitiveness
• the ability to accept and honor process rather than focusing only on results
• inclusiveness, community-building, connection, collaboration, cooperation
• non-hierarchical circles of equals /intertwined relationships
• the ability to request and guide rather than demand
• in touch with the earth - an honoring of our connection to nature, natural energy, and cycles

EXAMPLE 1

Personal Problem
A woman may feel like she is moving into depression because of the overwhelm of her busy day. She is feeling tired and thinks that there is not enough time to get everything done, much less tap into her creative thinking for a project that needs to be completed yesterday.

Venusian Solution®
It makes no logical sense to take 20 minutes during the day to rest in meditation or to take a power nap. Yet, if spiritual practices are used on a consistent basis, creativity is easier to evoke and new-found energy can be experienced. Many successful people have proven that spiritual practices provide a short cut to success even though they seem to take time / too much time / time away from the task at hand.
